I’m Kate, the person behind Katevents.
My journey began planning weddings in the Czech Republic, where I had the privilege of creating celebrations for couples with very different stories, styles and visions.
Today, I’m based in Norway, working with couples from around the world who are drawn to intimate weddings, destination celebrations and meaningful experiences across Europe.
Whether your celebration takes place by a Norwegian fjord, on the Italian coast, or somewhere entirely unexpected, my approach remains the same.
My role is not just to plan.
It’s to hold the entire experience together — to shape the flow, guide the decisions, and ensure everything comes together in a way that feels natural and effortless.
Everything is taken care of quietly behind the scenes, often before you even realise it’s needed.
The design is never about decoration alone. It reflects who you are — your story, your energy, the way you move through the world.
Nothing feels forced or overdone.
This is not about following expectations. Or recreating something you’ve already seen.
It’s about creating something that feels right for you.
So when the day comes, you’re not thinking about what needs to happen next.
You’re simply there — present in it, experiencing it fully.
I take the time to understand the people behind the celebration, because no two weddings should ever feel alike.
Every experience is thoughtfully shaped around your story, creating a celebration that feels deeply personal, beautifully connected, and unmistakably yours.
My goal is simple —
